Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By booking a development service with KalkiDev, you agree to provide accurate information and cooperate during the development process to ensure timely delivery. KalkiDev currently provides website development services only and does not offer ongoing maintenance, monitoring, hosting management, or support subscriptions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% advance payment is required to start any project.
  • The remaining 50% must be cleared before the final handover and deployment.
  • All payments made to KalkiDev are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be provided once a booking has been accepted, development has started, or a project has been delivered.

3. Development & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided at the start are estimates. KalkiDev reserves the right to adjust timelines based on scope changes, technical complexities, or client-requested modifications. Upon project completion and delivery, the agreed development service shall be considered fulfilled.

4. Post-Delivery Policy

KalkiDev does not currently provide maintenance services, guaranteed future updates, or ongoing technical support after project delivery. If a client experiences an issue after delivery, they may submit a new review or support request for evaluation.

Submitted issues will be reviewed according to the active work queue and project priority at the time of submission. Submission of an issue does not guarantee modification, repair, redevelopment, or priority handling.

KalkiDev shall not be held responsible for website failures, compatibility issues, third-party service changes, hosting-related issues, domain-related issues, or downtime occurring after project delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing required content, accurate project requirements, and timely feedback. Delays caused by missing information, late responses, or inaccurate requirements may affect project timelines and delivery schedules.
