Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By booking a development service with KalkiDev, you agree to provide accurate information and cooperate during the development process to ensure timely delivery.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% advance payment is required to start any project.
• The remaining 50% must be cleared before the final handover and deployment.
• Payments are non-refundable once development has commenced.

3. Development & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided at the start are estimates. KalkiDev reserves the right to adjust timelines based on scope changes or technical complexities.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing content (images, text) and feedback within 48 hours of request to avoid project delays.
